Every shift shows the full hourly rate upfront before you apply. Your earnings are tracked in the app after each completed shift and added to your Ovrtime balance within 7 working days, where they are available to withdraw.

Yes. There are no minimum hours and no commitments. You update your availability whenever you like and only apply for shifts that work for you.

The Ovrtime Worker Score is your reputation on the platform. It is built from venue ratings after each shift, combined with reliability metrics like punctuality and shift completion rate. A higher score means better visibility when venues are reviewing applicants.

Cancellation policies will be clearly outlined in the app at launch. We are designing the system to be fair to both sides.
